My son (6) started calling me "mom" around 3. He still calls DH, "daddy," which totally gets my goat.

Parents made me call them Mommy and Daddy their whole lives. I'm so letting my kids decide what to call me as long as it's respectful.

I call my mother "mama" but reference her as "mommy" to my sisters and "my mom" to other people...anyone else? I am 42, so when I am on the phone with one of my sisters you will hear me say "mommy", which can sound weird I guess but didn't noticed until I read DCUM

I know a man, age 48, who still calls his mother, "mommy." His wife rolls her eyes with the rest of us.

I'm 33, my little brother is 30. He still goes with Mommy, I go back and forth between Mom/Mommy. I think I use Mommy more when I'm being a wiseass.
I still call my father Daddy, my brother goes with Dad.

My 3.5 year old son has stopped calling me "mommy." 
And for whatever reason has dropped "Grandma" and started calling her "Grandmother." I have no idea where he picked these up from as his school friends still seem to use "Mommy."
