I don't see how any of that is going to change the decision of a woman whose fetus has health issues or who has health issues herself.

Or perhaps society will step up and foot the bill for the sake of all the children that have already been born.
Like free healthcare and paid maternity leave and scholarships to unmarried mothers and day care

Or do you think we should just focus on those that have not been born?

Perhaps a mature, intelligent man of contemporary society could stop trying to get in the way of contraception education and promotion, so that girls who are not yet mature would not get pregnant before they are old enough to care for a child of their own.
