If the PP has upcoming K with a sibling at YY and a sibling at Cap City, this would be a real choice. That is possible, but unlikely.

You can wait until they call you and then say no. It is better for the system if there are several you know you are turning down just to call them so they don't have to expend time, energy tracking you down to confirm you do not want the spot.
