Golly, but is it big enough?

Except they put 2 nice gas fireplaces in the family room and Rec room but put in a new 1950's style fireplace in the living room. What's up with that?

I went by the house when they were building it, it is definitely fully new. Not even the same foundation. The basement is the ground level pics at the end of the slide show.

Love the front door too. We looked into changing out our basic home depot esque builder door with something custom like this and it was too expensive for us but now I'm obsessed with everyone's doors.

Hate the front door. Hate the little window and the shape.

Look at picture #5. What is with that fireplace? Looks like something you would see in a 50 yr old home. And where are the basement pics? I have been in some "new" homes that were 2 new levels added onto an existing foundation. The basement is usually odd. Low ceilings, small, chopped up. Not saying that is the case with this house, but why no pics? And the living room fireplace? Who puts that in a new house? Tiny lot too, 6250 sq ft.

Your posts are so stupid. Anyone can see it's a new house. Go away.

PP, the prior sales have been for the OLD property, before the new house was built. But I would like to sell you a bridge!

Not being from here, it is funny to me that anyone would aspire to be here at all.

It sold at auction in 2010 for less than $400,000. Unless somebody put a lot of work into it since then , it seems overpriced.
