I hope the late lottery results is not indicative of how smoothly (or lack) the school year will be. Come on DCPS, get it together.

I don't know the process from last year, but I had to list the sibling's name on this year's lottery. I'm hoping to get my 2 year old into Logan with his brother and sister.

Unfortunately Capital City is just about as hard to get into as a JKLM, however this is definitely the year where your chances will be better. They are adding and additional grade and moving away from their metro accessible, higher end location to a not so metro accessible location in ward 4. They will probably lose some Mt Pleasant families who could walk to the school.
However I am so excited since they are moving 1/2 mile from my house!
