This is what I think the earlier PP was talking about when she said heels were trendy - these ridiculous things that male designers think women should be wearing. My DD and I have a long commute to her school every day and driving through the city we invariably see women wobbling across the street in these hideous shoes. One day we actually saw one wipe out in the middle of the street. My DD who's 10 thinks they're awesome - but even she laughs when we see the wobble women every morning.
I threw all of my heels away in the 1980s and never looked back!! I can't stand them - they way the look and the way they feel.
But I do LOVE the boot trend going on these days!
