When I was pregnant I craved vapor rub it wasn't until later that I discovered eucalyptus. To this day I always have some on me, mixed with carrier oil, in a spray bottle. It's my go-to when I get really stressed out. My youngest kid is 23 years old.... I think I craved it when I was pregnant because it helped me to breathe easier but I love the smell of it, still! These days I find that it helps me refocus when I'm overwhelmed at work or need to get out of my head. Whether I'm moving physically or just mentally distracted the scent is SO strong it instantly quietens my entire system, allowing me to redirect my attention to the task at hand.

I’m 34 weeks pregnant and since I was 24 weeks pregnant I’ve been craving the smell of Eucalyptus ✨ Before never had any interest 🤷♀️
