by the way, I'm not the PP. But when the committee is looking at a file and not the child that you know would benefit from the program, I understand the feeling that you need to do what you can to make sure your child gets what he/she needs.
What I DON'T understand is the ANGER that this incites from other parents - so much so that they resort to name calling, cursing, ranting and raving, geesh. Calm down.
