If DCs want to ask, that's fine with me. Still bristling from when SIL bought FRer items for her various DCs, gifted them to us, and seemed surprised that we politely said "thank you" as opposed to gushing over how grateful we were to support their schools through our gift.

I think the nasty neighbor lives in my neighborhood. What did anyone ever do to you? Or do you just hate people? For no reason? Wow. Grow up.


This thread is veering off point. If you want to buy, fine. If not, just say no with no explanation. Easy.

I would expect people to reciprocate since we have been generous over the years, but I would not count on it.
