I like Bilal, too. It's not common even in a lot of the Arab world, but is pronouncable in nearly every language and you could go with "Bill" if you wanted an American nickname. I'm pretty sure Bilal was the first muezzin but am too lazy to Google it right now.

Um, no it's not Arabic. In fact, in my 30 some odd years being Arab and living and traveling to almost all Arabic speaking countries I have never ever vome across the name cayden. Ever.
