Bacon, fruit salad, and wheat toast sounds great to me. My DH is also traveling and I just had cereal, so give yourself a pat on the back.

sweet potato pie for dessert.

New Orleans Vegetable Stew with rice. Amazingly simple. Tomorrow is salad with tuna and radishes.

Cauliflower pureed with parmesan and a touch of heavy cream, topped with poached eggs and a bit of parsley. Served with freshly-made kale crisps. Didn't have much time and hadn't planned at all, so we had to do a breakfast for dinner type thing.
