When the proof finally went live they changed the spacing back to their original design which cut off a name! I called, e-mailed, facebooked, tried to live chat and haven't received a single acknowledgement about the problem being corrected. Guess I will find out when I get home. But reading this makes me worried!!!

Yep, I kinda saw this coming with 6 fewer shopping days, companies that make personalized items must be working day and night to get orders out the door. I'm so glad I decided to do a New Year's card instead this year. I'm not stressing out over getting Christmas cards out."

This is a great point.... Hadn't really thought of that before... I looked and saw that Tiny Prints and Minted were really late on orders this year.

Oh my gosh, I found this forum after I had ordered from PhotoAffection so I was terrified that I wouldn't get my order in time. But just a few days later I got an email that my shipping was upgraded to 2-Day for free!

My cards came in the cutest box and even included extra envelopes!
I hope a lot of you have received your cards by now. Still a week until Christmas!

I did receive a fedex confirmation number and they are suppose to ship. Keeping my fingers crossed, they are to be received on the 18th. Living Social did refund the money to my account, so that another living social coupon could be purchased. Lesson learned, never go with a company like this again, huge mistake. Hopefully, it will still turn out ok. From now on will always order through my photographer.

I am in the same boat as many of you. I purchased the living social deal thinking it was a great way to save some money on Christmas cards. I ordered on the 9th. My status is still printing. They are supposed to ship tomorrow and arrive on the 27th. Great!!! Like all of you, i have tried to call and email and have had no response. All I want to do is get my shipping changed to overnight so I can get my cards out before Christmas. You'd think they could reply to that! Now that I've read your posts, I feel better and worse at the same time. It looks like I will be ordering cards from another provider today. I am also going to use every platform I have to share my bad experience. Mistakes happen, companies get behind.... I understand that, but there is no excuse for their lousy customer service.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered Christmas cards two weeks ago, due to arrive within 4 days. After multiple emails it turns out they never shipped the order. They told me they'd send them out 2nd day air. Two days later, nothing. Turns out they forgot to ship them AGAIN. So this time rather than keeping their promise of 2 day air they ship them via standard ground. Due to get here right before Christmas which doesn't leave me enough time to send them out to friends and family.

Awful experience. Stay away from this business.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charges.

Terrible service with Photo Affections. Thought I researched the living social coupon, before buying and purchasing, but apparantly they are unable to handle the orders. Placed my order timely, 12/06/2013. Still waiting for it to ship. Supposedly suppose to ship today and receive by 12/18/2013, but still waiting. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, will not respond to emails or phone calls. At this point I am calling it a wash and ordering it from a reliable site. So, disapointed with Photo Affections and Living Social for putting up this deal. Christmas photos are so important and they have failed. DO NOT EVER USE THEM.
