Let your hair go grey ~ it will always be a natural color.

I get mistaken for 40 a lot! I'm almost 50.

Oil of Olay.

Exercise, diet, healthy weight.

Lots of water.

I should stay out of the sun, but I don't. I try really hard to make up for it with sunscreen and moisturizer. But I have a decent tan regardless.

Wonderful husband of nearly 26 years. Great kids, all nearly grown. Fun, interesting, challenging job that keeps me in shape. Lots of laughing. I don't stress over little things. I try not to worry about things I can't control.

Solid spiritual life. I belong to a great church. I meditate and pray often.

I was a sagger. Had it fixed in my early 40s. Look 20 years younger in my early 50s.

NP here. Don't you have to keep having your face "fixed" every 10-15 years? That is what I heard. Once you open the flood gates, you have to have it done again, or it looks worse than before. Is that true?

Did you do a full face lift or just a certain kind? Which kind?

Is it lasting? I heard facial "fixing" can become less effective with time.

DH in my upper 50's. My secret has been a perpetual poker face. Little smiling, little frowning. Thus no wrinkles, yet, as a result. Helped by an oily complexion, I believe. Not saying I wouldn't rather be smiling more, but not complaining -- I feel happy inside, just not physically expressive.

What can be done for sagging turkey neck? Please don't say surgery... I've tried a few creams but they didn't seem to do much. I wasn't as consistent as I could have been, though.

For whiter teeth I use whitening toothpaste and whitening mouth wash.

Latisse makes my blonde, invisible eyelashes grow thicker and longer and a bit darker. No side effects. Love it.
