Not a book but the Ivan Ultz song "fire truck" is a big hit for my two boys. You can look on YouTube to hear the song. We ended up buying his whole CD because it has songs that adults can stand and my kids love.

Brendan has a Hess truck we picked up at a flea market one of his favorite toys

Not sure if this was mentioned already, but you should look into amazon or ebay for some of the Hess Trucks. There are several years where they were Firetrucks made and they are awesome.

Fireman Sam is available on PBS On Demand, they usually have 5 or 6 twelve minute episodes. We watch them non-stop! Both Comcast and Verizon have them On Demand.
