I know it is painful, but will be only a month... if I do everything once. Plus I''m not working right now so Ihave time to stay resting and going back and forth to doctor's appt..

OP, I've had lipo and two breast surgeries, along with a tummy tuck. BELIEVE ME, the tummy tuck is a terrible experience. We don't have the details of what type of breast augmentation you're getting, but if it also one of the more challenging ones (under the muscle), then you're setting yourself up for a world of pain. I mean PAIN. The combination could really challenged you. I've also had two c-sections and they were so easy compared to the tummy tuck. Because of the time I've spent at the gym, I feel that my stomach muscles are strong. But, like you, I may want to have some tummy fat and extra skin removed. This is a simple surgery that requires less recovery, depending on how the doctor decides to do it. Also, will you be receiving nursing care throughout the month it will take you to begin to recover? Or, will you be sent home to fend for yourself? The only way I would even be tempted to say "go for it" would be if you had a nurse to check on you regularly, someone who could also provide ongoing injections for the pain for the first week. You know, I've even had my gall bladder removed, and the tummy tuck was worse.
From what you say, OP, this surgery will benefit you greatly. You are going to look amazing and I'm happy for you. Please just take care that this experience is a good one. Make sure that you don't asked too much of yourself. Surgery can be challenging.
The liposuction is no big deal in terms of healing, and breast reduction also is rather easy after just a couple of days. But, the tummy tuck is unforgettable. You will look phenomenal afterward, but you're going to suffer a lot during the healing. So make sure you have a lot of support.
