Wouldn't it save money and be fairer to everyone if the Central office sent out the scores and, for second graders, the 'pool letter' all in the same envelope? Instead, we're subject to the whims and agendas of our child's school.
instead of whining you could start the parental referral package now. in-pool doesn't mean you're in, so if you felt strongly enough you'd take actions already.
