Disagree. If OP cannot go anyway, what is the point? It would be different if it were a ways out and she wanted to attend.

Just tell your mom you were not invited. Let her check on if to be sure. It’s crazy to exclude one cousin, which makes me think that there is a possibility there was some sort of mistake. Either way, it’s sorta weird to not let your mother know.

To me that's different- there have been weddings in my large family where cousins did something similar, but it was like they invited say, 5 out of 15 cousins, not all but one like OP is describing. That's just rude.

How do you know this? Are they "invitations-are-summons" people?

Can you have someone confirm you’re actually not invited? Maybe your parent can check with the groom’s parent? When I got married I got a cousin’s invitation returned to me right before the wedding because the forwarding order on his address had expired. It had apparently spent weeks going through the mail system before I got it back. I was mortified!! I wish his mom had checked with me or my dad when everyone else in the family got their invitations except for him.
