And….that’s about it, honestly. The new house is better in every way. Having a SFH is a big difference. The kids can run around and play without worrying about the neighbors hearing us, and we can play movies as loud as we want. Also, we actually hang out with our new neighbors very often. I can’t say that about my old neighborhood, most of the neighbors in the old neighborhood were South Asian, and never spoke to my American DH and I. That got old, especially when we tried to get our kids to play together and they would always deny us. We don’t have that problem in our new neighborhood at all.
