- mayonnaise on any bread or toast

- any gummy candy
- Burger King: had it for breakfast today
- pretzels dipped in mustard or horseradish sauce
- any chips escept barbecue, but I would even do barbecue in a pinch

and so many more.

Every single day at work (hospital) , I swipe 2 green jellos from the patient food refrigerator and eat them before 8 am
