The work needed to be done is going to be very pricey on this. Only realtors getting ready to be obsolete would jump on the first poster like this. Any reasonable person knows these are expensive fixes. Wood paneling yo drive wall is so expensive. Just one example all those repairs are rediculous.

This. The treads in the real estate section are almost always realtors trying to sell a place or to support their own shills. For example the threads about escalation clauses last week or two. Hilarious. You will not get an honest answer in this section. There is always an agenda.


Yep. Same with the realtors here who claim your house won't sell without staging, so go ahead and pay them an extra 1% ($10k on a $1m house) to buy $3-5k of staging. So many shills from realtors getting ready to be obsolete.

Is this the place to add, please stop calling a den a bedroom. If you say 3BR and then one does not have a closet, it is a den. Also, it is actually listed as Deb on the layout.

I'm find with AI helping you to visualize how to set up the space, but they need a disclaimer AI was used, not actual flooring and wall color. Usually they include a photo with what you actually get. my biggest annoyance is when it's not to scale and they need to either do it to scale or give a disclaimer. We wasted time visiting a tiny townhouse where we did not pay enough attention to dimensions and the AI set up was pure illusion. That furniture would not fit!

It seems like they have 2 AI bathroom pictures, which means that one bathroom doesn't have any pictures. However, one of the bathrooms could look similar to another bathroom, so maybe they updated one bathroom and left the other two bathrooms untouched.
