Disagree. Not her concern. Divorce laws on 50/50 wee alimony and child support are designed to protect kids and ensure the mother gets half, is stable (which in turn means kids stability) and transfers at least part of former marital estate that to her natural children
It’s would be her concern as his partner. The mother should be able to fend for herself and her children, not rely on an ex. Alimony should not be a thing. Poor guy.
