Northwood has historically had a disproportionate amount of English language learners who bring general test scores down for the school. I am not being negative against the language learners but just stating a fact the system is rigged against them and Northwood.

Yes, Northwood is more impacted by English language learners than Springbrook (again, not a criticism). The boundary study and overall terribleness of Trump’s America will lower the disproportionality.
