If you haven't dated for 14 years then you didn't need to and your life was complete. Either have a child on your own by choice - I know many women in that position with happy little families. Or let it go.

The real question is why havent you dated at all in 14 years?

If you just prefer to be alone/ not date- thats fine.

But if you wanted it all along, and sat on the sidelines for 14 years... there is more to the story here.

Be a single mom by choice. Either your own egg or adoption. I am saying this with all love and kindness.

However, being single and childless is also not bad. In 10-20 years you are in the same place most married moms are - single and childless.

The expectation that kids will be your support in old age is pretty unrealistic. These guys are not even able to take care of their own SHEET.

At this age even if you find a partner, you may need to use IVF. You need to think of what is your goal. You may not like everything about the process, but if you want to be a mom, embrace the journey. Your attitude of hating anything medical will stop you from getting pregnant if you need medical help to get pregnant.

Have you looked into politicians? Many want to have the family image before running for major office. I believe there are some who need the "beard" arrangement and would probably go through with having a child in order to keep up appearances.
