Choosing to move every time you can (every stair case, every walk v drive to supermarket — thankfully we live close), saying yes to every request to play from the kids (I had mine late, enjoying still having elementary/middle in late 40s). I also lift at home with Nourish Move Love and do Pilates occasionally. Would love to do more Pilates or Washington Ballet School for adults, but no time.

40. Heavy strength training 4-5x a week. Reformer pilates 1x a week. A bit of cardio here and there when I have a chance.
