Which is ripe with fraud. Plus Big 4 has super huge amount of vacation I worked there I had six weeks vacation, plus 10 holidays. Then they added paternity leave which was crazy.
When I left Big 5 I has the max amount of vacation you could accrue. Six weeks was already too much time off to meet charability goals and client needs. Add in Paternity leave I would have lost all my clients in my name. And I had a sales goal.

+1 Feel free to cite the research that shows that parents are using parental leave fraudulently. There's lots of research that shows that paid parental leave provides significant health, economic, and developmental benefits, including reduced infant mortality, increased breastfeeding duration, improved maternal mental health, and higher labor force participation over the long run for women.
Well my last job the VP with a ton of RSUs did it then made up some mumbo jumbo he needed max leave and did FMLA 12 weeks combined with two weeks vacation, He had actually started another full time job the very week he left. He had a bunch of unvested RSUs he wanted vested and hang on for annual bonus. He came back and gave two weeks notice. since we were remote not that it matter.
Next guy took it when he got his GF pregnant. His wife was not happy, neither was his GF as he spent at time we gave two weeks, his time in Vegas with a third girl.
A guy who worked for me took a BabyMoon with his bros, came back and said hey HR said no requirement I stay with kids.
You know what I think is better take it away from men and give women more paid time off.
So basically you have no data to cite, but just anecdotes from an anonymous remote workplace that you don't name that you think should drive policies for millions of Americans. Hope you're not employed in any field that involves analysis of information.

It must be exhausting to go through life thinking the way you do.
Woke? I bet you can't even afford it.
"Ripe" with fraud? "Charability?" Are you illiterate?

In this job market, if you quit, would you be able to find another job within the next 60 days?
Yes. My skillset is particularly in demand right now given the current regulatory environment. My employer is actually struggling to hire and is raising salaries instead of cutting them.

I don’t even understand what fraudulent parental leave is. You fake a baby?

No, you have the baby, but then give it up for adoption after the leave is over.
I adopted an infant for the parental leave, but then returned it when the leave was over. The baby wasn't a good fit for our family anyway, so I was glad to get rid of it. I got a dog instead.
You guys crack me up
+1 Did you return the baby at Whole Foods, the Staples dropoff point or UPS?
Be sure you order from a place that doesn’t require you to have kept the original packaging for the return.
+1
I forgot to keep the placenta and could only return the baby for store credit. Lesson learned.
