My kid was ranked high (top 5). I don't know anyone who's done this program. Is it worth it? Entering kindergarten.

Sligo Creek pulled through the high twenties through January this year. I don’t think it’s a for sure thing.

Yes, highly likely. Might be over the summer; all depends on how quickly the list moves, but you’re almost certain to get in eventually.

Except that last year SCES did not reach this number at all, and that is the most recent data. So I would be hopeful but keep expectations in check.

Probably before this school year is over. And I would expect offers from both and hold out (if necessary) for your preferred.

My kid was #8 at RCF, and we got a spot in the first batch of wait list offers, which in my year went out only 8 days after the lottery results.

Most years that number gets in, but it varies wildly.

From previous years' forums, it seems like your chances are pretty good up until the 30s, especially if you are willing to move after the semester has started.

We are 61 BRES, 41 PES, 31 maryvale. We really wanted Chinese. I guess that’s out of the question? How do we feel about maryvale.. is there a chance and is it worth it.

Having half-immersion, half-not immersion schools feels like the kind of idea the Ted Danson character would come up with in the Good Place. Here's to six more years of being treated like a second class citizen in our own school.

What school?
