DS suffered through 4y with a jerk coach in a HS sport he loved and had many friends in. He just made a plan to avoid the coach at as much as possible. It always gave him something to complain about. We gave him the opportunity to quit which he didn't want to do.

I confronted her once about her behavior (video showing him screaming at my child for something he didn't do (miss an event at a swim meet - I WATCHED him swim and had video of him swimming his event at this meet.)

Other parents went to admin about him (with no results. He is still there.)
