I finished it.
Liked how it wrapped up in a way that was both unexpected but inevitable. I did feel this last episode dragged a bit, and it didn't have as much humor as some of the other episodes (or if it did, I'm missing the allusions). Although Dale coming into the room and screaming something like "This is a place of death!!!" was hilarious.
Best show I've watched all year for sure.

Anyone who has heard him speak will not be surprised that his mother was a very famous acting vocal coach. I am an actress and have a book called Freeing Shakespeare's Voice that was written by her.
I had no idea that was Hamish Linklater!!

My subscription expired but I’m curious

It's the perfect balance of scary and hilarious. This non-horror person is loving it.
I admit some episodes are harder than others for me, but yes, the humor keeps me in it. It's actually really impressive how they manage to do both parts really well -- the humor and the horror. If they short-changed the horror, it would still be funny but less satisfying. The whole point is that the horror gets you emotionally amped up and then the humor is this release. It's sort of psychologically brilliant.
