Do people really think its not normal to eat more than once a day?
How old are you? I got away with this for the first 38 years of my life, then it stopped working and I suddenly ballooned up. I used to be a BMI of 18 naturally (small frame), now I'm over 25 for past 2 years and can't even lose 5 lbs because all I can think about is food.
Get your thyroid checked. Mine went nuts at age 40. Now I’m nearly 50 and perimenopausal and I’ve reached my new normal, which is about 6lbs more than my healthiest 25 year old self - same dress/pant size. Our bodies change as we get older - embrace the change or you’ll just be disappointed. Do the best with what you have.
I'm glad you've been able to keep your weight gain steady. For me, the difference is 45 lbs (110 to 155). I don't expect or want to lose all of that, but even just 20 would be nice. My labwork fortunately/unfortunately is perfect. However, genetics are not on my side. Both parents are obese and one has TD2. In addition to losing weight, I view it as a health preventative in a way.
