Or Landry in Louisiana who is postponing elections until they can rework their map to explicitly disenfranchise black voters.

Have you seen Louisiana's current map? It needs to be redone.

Why didn’t Trump release the Epstein files?

The map couldn't be posted because it's not certain that will be the final result. If the referendum passes, we will see an 11-0 map appear.

Given what’s happening in red states we’ll take however many seats we can.

When will VA SC rule?

If they don't certify in time, it will be another court case. What a bunch of idiots.

And if the court rules in favor of the Dems, there will still be another court case. The SCOVA has not yet heard arguments on the wording of the referendum.

That's a dead end. Absolutely no one believes that one can succeed. Fair depends on your point of view. There's no such thing as neutral language in politics.

You do know that Virginia’s constitution requires ballot language to be neutral?

The average reading level in Virginia is seventh grade. Half of the voters couldn't understand the question, let alone any neutrality issues. Please don't misunderstand me, all ballot questions are well above the average voter's reading level.

Do you hear yourself? "Fairness" was in the verbage. Agree that it depends on your point of view. That is why it should not have been there.

Well, there were mistakes made in the allotment of representative after the last census. And, now that the Supreme Court has ruled against racial gerrymandering, there is another excuse to re do the districts.

Of course, Dems already got rid of the mostly Black districts with their gerrymandering.
