Patrick is a very normal name in Scotland. Patrick Henry of “Give me liberty or give me death” had a Scottish father. My Patrick has five younger siblings so everyone assumes he is Irish Catholic, which is actually helpful to him in his chosen profession.

In my Catholic school, we had 2 teachers named Sister Pat. We called them Fat Pat and Skinny Pat.

I know a tween Patrick and an adult Patrick.

Both are always Patrick and are lovely people.
