Capital does very little with respect to development unless you want to spend a fortune at Healthy Baller. The girls were good athletes and likely went to some of the better lacrosse high schools where they received above average guidance and training. Capital merely provides the opportunity to be seen by college coaches. Training and development are left up to the athlete.
