I’m curious about Jared Diallo — he seems to be really good at developing swimmers (Sea Devils South Run and Fox Hunt). Can anyone share their experiences with him? We are thinking about a move to a club closer to home, and Sea Devils South Run fits the bill.
Wondered about him too. Also, since he left Fox Hunt for a bigger NVSL team, will he stay at Sea Devils, or will he also switch to a bigger N Arlington/McLean club team?
He has expressed a few times that he does not intend on leaving Sea Devils.

30x50 fly every Friday
That’s an invitation for shoulder injuries if I ever heard one.

We are at NCAP-Loudoun, and no way could you figure out who I was if I were to identify an excellent coach. There are far too many swimmers/parents. If anything, this type of thread would help people know whether to go to a certain club/switch clubs.
Until you post the name of a beloved coach and pages of people pile on about how they're actually awful trash and that club is trash and NCAP or bust.
Nope, not playing this game.
+1000. Plus spots already fill up super quickly for the best coaches at our club. I’m not giving some internet rando my closely guarded secrets! IYKYK. The end.
