Ok we have coaches from NCAP, Machine and Sea Devils shouted out on here. Marlins? Fish? Fairfax Foxes? Makos? AAC? Hydra? Moon Aquatic Club?

He also coaches at Robinson High and works (or worked) at West Springfield High so his Fairfax County connections extend beyond Fox Hunt and South Run. Will definitely be harder to recreate the feedback loop between summer and club teams if they aren't in close proximity though.

I can’t speak to the two TOLL coaches, but Dory and Chris are the best of the best. I take issue with the assertion that Dory is mean, at least from my experience. She coached both of my kids and we all love her. She is *firm*. She does not tolerate BS, but she has a unique ability to do so without being mean, IMO. Not many people have that. I understand that your experience may vary.

I’ve never swum competitively so not able to judge which coaches are the best. I do know my swimmers and their friends from various clubs in PVS have been happy and have gotten fast.

PS. For all the great coaches out there, we appreciate all you do for our kids. Not all of us subscribe to tiger parenting principles
