They did used to rent this as a Airbnb, and don’t think anyone ever used as a permanent residence - but maybe if you were a bachelor who traveled a lot this might work?

Such an ugly house and a giant tower in the back!

WDYT it will sell for? I think $960.

It’s an 8000 sq ft lot in a good school zone. But that tower is a problem. Could be a long term play that spectrum is sold off and it disappears

Maybe. I live 5 min away and it baffles me how much the houses around that tower sell for. I get the schools and zip and all that but having that loom over the immediate neighborhood… yikes.

Where’s that woman who was quoted $50k for a paint job? When she finds cheaper painters can she send them here?

I agree. Why are there no cabinets? And that ladder to the loft would be dangerous. It's cute, though, and in a good location, so I bet it will sell for at least $1 million. Because that's Arlington real estate these days!

No upper kitchen cabinets is a sure sign that a house was cheaply flipped.

Open shelving is “trendy” but also makes a small kitchen feel larger and more airy.

That lot is definitely not worth more than 1m

A similar one in my neighborhood on the other side of Langston sold for 1.1 a couple years ago.

DP. With a huge tower right next door? You couldn’t pay me to live here.

This. Why would there be residential so close to a massive cell tower? I would not live there if you paid me either.

Same but those houses go FAST. People don’t seem to mind the tower in Tara Leeway. It’s weird.
