Agree. How old are you? 142 at your height is completely in the normal range for an average middle aged woman.

You have no idea so don't harangue people like you do. Everyone (including scientiests) is learning as they go on this. Have folks seen the recent studies showing microdosing indeed works to keep the weight off (there was an article in the NYT last week)? I imagine taking the pill just on the weekends works just like microdosing the shots. Can't wait to try it once I run out of my zep (currently microdosing - stretching out one lowest does vial to last 4 months; have been doing this for 8 months and maintaining at 120 - down from 135-140). OP - on my microdose I aim for about 1500 calories a day (weekends usually end up being 2000). I walk 5 miles a day and that is it. What a marvel!
Sweetie, the pills are a different beast than the vials. You are NOT supposed to skip days of the Wegovy pills/Rybelsus. It can reduce the overall effectiveness of the medicine. But PP should be talking to her doctor about this, not someone who double/quadruple dips a container that has no preservatives in it and is risking serious bacterial contamination. You do you, girl.
I’m the pp that’s only taking the lowest dose pill only on weekends. It’s working fine for me to avoid bingeing on weekends

So it's feeling starved and constantly thinking about food or actually eating the food and gaining and feeling and looking terrible. I am planning on just staying on a low GLP-1 dose because it makes food/weight a total non-issue in my life.
