That goes against club interest
I am curious to know this as well

The snow melted a long time ago. Get yourself together.
How have everyones DCs dealt with the now real changes in the upcoming season. Everything seems very surreal.
Can't name and shame in the middle of it all. Nothing good will come from that. But believe me, the sentiment is widespread.
How are the coaches communicating?
Is it even worth switching clubs if everyone is in the same boat.

with GA sending RL equivalent players to IDs. Those call ups mean less and less. Welcome to the new world of competing leagues. Best hope is for PE to swoop in buy out and create standards may save it.Anonymous wrote:Fortunate to get an offer on current team moving up to u17 despite being age eligible for u16 for another year before ID's began. No conversation with club about preference and did not attend IDs. Starter quality but doesn't play whole game for an ECNL club for reference. I thought this was how most clubs were doing it but VDA showed their cards publicly that they would not be doing that, with exceptions I assume like always for USYNT level players. Anyone else willing to share?

Not really giving her the choice to play with her correct grade. Shouldn’t it be the player’s choice? Feel like the club is prioritizing the club/team needs over what is best for our daughter.
We were not given the choice either. It should be a choice or an explanation of their decision based on your child’s development, not their club/team needs.
There will be no shortage of kids and parents dying to get our spot when we leave so the club really won’t care.
