I mean what specific program exists at UNC that would be worth that. So, not only do your scores and stats have to be so much higher than the average in-state student there, but now you are even paying that much more.

UVA OOS for most incoming students is $70,326. Only for engineering and other $$ majors does OOS rise to $85K.
