My exwife was similar to husband verbally and physically abusive, I recorded some of the interactions and used them to become a single father. Leave him, it won’t make life easy, but it will make it worth living.

Verbal abuse. In my experience it got worse over time. He started tracking my miles on the car and frequently accused me of affairs.

The only thing that solved it was divorce which he initiated.

My spirit was crushed down to nothing at the time of divorce.

Divorce, ASAP, no matter how long it's been going on.
