Subject: Why might someone need to buy 16+ gallons of whole milk from Costco?

I’m guessing a mom and pop type restaurant or coffee shop, or a day care/preschool. Could also be a small private school or even the athletic department at a high school or college.

Not sure where you live, but no convience store is reselling Kirkland branded milk anywhere I have ever been
DP I've definitely seen mom and pop stores selling Kirkland brand staff "not packaged for resale."

Those are Costco business locations, but there are none in the DC metro area.
