U. Tampa has a huge Latino population and it’s common to hear Spanish all over campus. There is a decent sized Afro-Caribbean cohort as well, and a mix of just everyone else too.
It’s a serious learning environment but also a fun place to go to school.
Florida resident here. You’re confusing USF (located in Tampa) with the University of Tampa. U Tampa is overwhelmingly white (lots from NY/NJ) with very few Hispanics or Blacks.
They should really rename USF as it's nowhere near South Florida.
