Make sure you understand the neighborhood, comps, and are well below them. For many obvious reasons. If you can get it at a really good deal, maybe. If you want that neighborhood and that’s the only way that you can afford to get in, maybe. It’s the right opportunity for a person seeking that particular area and a budget that won’t really allow them in. Otherwise? Nightmare.
