Life360? I had never heard of it before this thread, but after looking it up I’d say “no”. I don’t even see how this would be applicable in a work relationship.

Heck no. When many from our office attend out of state conferences we'll start a text group (anyone want to meet up for lunch, go to happy hour, attend this awesome session - I've got 3 seats saved, etc), not a share my location

I think you mean intrusive, but yes, all of this.

We use FindMe on our iPhone for ourselves and our kids. So I am not against in general. But no way would I share with my boss.

The only thing that I might consider if I was a young, single female on a business trip and the guy was like a dad and he is worried that something might happen to you on "his" trip. Maybe I would share and then unshare afterwards.

But even then, I would be pretty creeped out thinking my boss could see where I was.
