Not faulting the individual here but why is FCPS making such a move now? One that requires bringing someone out of retirement to cover it? How much urgent Region 1 executive principal-ing needs to be done? And what's an "executive principal" anyway? - answering emails from other principals and/or yet another layer between superintendent and actual schools/students?
