I'm another - 3am like clockwork. I have a high powered fan now in the room that I put in front of the window and put the window wide open. Yes even with the temps this week.

I thought I could go this week without the head but nope, 3am and up and hot. I thought for sure someone cranked the heat last night. nope

I am 49. DH has been in the guest room for years now.

It’s an every day thing that can last a decade.

This started happening around 52, and then a year later during the day as well. I am on the patch now and they have significantly gone away. The worst part is that I am freeszing most of the time and get bundled up in bed with warm pjs and socks, and then halfway through the night kick it all off and then in the early morning put it all on again.

I wish I can run a fan, I'm too dried out too. I get nose bleeds I have dry mouth horrible dry eyes so much so I have to use rx drops.
