If you’re seriously considering this, I would look at it from the kids life and not yours. Would the kid have a good stable life? Or an unstable upbringing with parents who hate each other? If the latter, you’re better off going with a donor.

You don’t necessarily need to do IVF. A sperm donor’s sperm can be implanted into the uterus (aka IUI)
