Only 29? Our zoned ES in McLean has 33. FCPS staff insist that is "normal" class size.


True, but that’s why a new school would prevent them from reaching 35.
I really wish they didn’t demolish Lewinsville, saved spit as an admin center, and cut Kent Gardens in half in opening it as a 3-6 Upper Elementary School or K-6 Elementary School.
The boundary change helped and app was easier than renovations/construction.

I taught 35 first graders one year. Not Fairfax County.
