And that’s why nurses need oversight and shouldn’t be “prescribers.” Those vials of insulin are meant for multi use and have preservative in them 🤦‍♀️

My in-person doctor also told me I could use the single use vials more than once. I haven’t yet, though, because I’m nervous about bacteria.

You can't. Don't do this. If you want multiple doses out of one vial, the only people that put preservatives in their GLP1-s are the compounding pharmacies. I would not touch them with a ten foot pole, but you choose your own adventure.
