I understand some of the gripes but I appreciate the tasteful brick family room addition. Ideally you’d pop the top of that and maybe have room for a true master suite.
It’s a long walk to ballston. I lived in that neighborhood for a decade and we went to Clarendon all the time. We moved west of ballston when we had little kids because Lee were on Irving st between Pershing and 10th and it was/is main cut through with cars not traveling at neighborhood speeds.
We made a killing on our house - and Clarendon kind of peaked when we were there.
Nice area - but do not regret leaving that neighborhood…other than Jackson st on Halloween not really that tight of a neighborhood.
