CHRVA might not be able to fine them BUT they can refuse to continue to allow them to host bid and non bid regional finals.

This was probably in conjunction with the National Harbor Showdown, where the younger age groups played at MD Jrs and older age groups played at National Harbor.


I am pretty sure that was the case. We've never paid to watch the MDJrs tournaments.

Just imagine MDJrs doing some major renovation to improve the facility, then the owner charging extra for a better facility. Are you sure it's a lease and not a mortgage?

that is something that should be negotiated at the lease renewal - makes no sense
