Totally. Maybe OP's son doesn't enjoy shopping. And they are currently in FL. Can't exactly go out and try a bunch of boots. And it's a process and an investment, and mom doesn't want to waste money on something a teenage boy may not wear no matter what's good for him. Geesh.
